A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged a non-refundable $37 fee. For any appointments that are reserved for 30 minutes or longer, such as for a full face hair removal may be subject to a $74 fee.
As each appointment is 15 minutes, clients arriving more than 5 minutes late may be considered a missed appointment and may be subject to this fee.
